February 23, 2026 – According to source from 3Dzyk, Shanghai Yunzhu 3D Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yunzhu 3D”) has recently completed its Series A financing round, with Guizhou Venture Capital as the investor. Prior to this, the company had completed two Series A funding rounds in 2025, bringing the total cumulative financing to nearly 100 million CNY.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Minhang, Shanghai, Yunzhu 3D is a national “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in new and advanced technologies, as well as a high-tech enterprise. The company has long focused on the aerospace sector, providing end-to-end additive manufacturing solutions: including design optimization, manufacturing, and testing/inspection, for products such as spacecraft power systems and satellite structural components. Cloud Printing 3D has undertaken the development of multiple types of aircraft structural components, with some products already achieving engineering application.
In commercial aerospace projects, the company has been deeply involved in the manufacturing of key components for multiple types of liquid rocket engines developed by CAS Space.

In 2025, during the long-duration test of the 110-ton-thrust “Liqing-2” liquid oxygen kerosene engine, Yunzhu 3D delivered core components including the turbopump housing and valves. In 2026, the 30-ton-thrust “Liqing-1” engine successfully completed over 1,300 seconds of gimbal and thrust-variation tests, with the company undertaking the manufacturing of the gas generator and precision valves. Through metal 3D printing, they achieved the integrated forming of complex flow channels and structural breakthroughs for high-frequency response.

On the technical front, Yunzhu 3D has established a system integrating “aerospace-grade technical standards with full-chain service capabilities.” It possesses core competencies in areas such as topology optimization, integrated forming, and complex flow channel processing. Having delivered over 100,000 products cumulatively, the company has built long-term partnerships with entities including CASIC, AECC, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Concurrently, it is expanding its clientele in other high-end manufacturing sectors such as automotive and moldmaking.

In recent years, the company has accelerated the spillover of its technology, promoting the transfer of advanced manufacturing capabilities accumulated in the aerospace sector to broader industrial applications such as automotive, mold-making, and consumer electronics. In 2025, Yunzhu 3D established subsidiaries in Guizhou and Sichuan to enhance its production capacity layout in the southwestern region, laying the foundation for subsequent large-scale development.
In the past, capital flowed more toward manufacturers of 3D printing equipment and materials. Today, service providers with proven engineering capabilities and application implementation experience are also gaining favor. Particularly in high-end manufacturing fields like aerospace, companies that offer comprehensive end-to-end solutions and have a track record of actual deliveries are becoming the new focal points for investment attention.
